Elizabeth A. Waywell, LL.B.      Elizabeth Waywell joined our expanding Litigation department in April 1998.  Based in our Guelph office, she brings with her a number of years of experience in all facets of civil and commercial litigation.  Born and raised in Guelph, Elizabeth worked for several years before pursuing a career in law.  She obtained her law degree from the University of Toronto in 1989 and, following articles, served a two year appointment clerking for the Justices of the Ontario Court (General Division) in the Central South Region.  Following that experience, Elizabeth commenced practising law in Guelph, where she has practised ever since.   Elizabeth resides in Guelph, where she continues to be active in the community.
