Greg Willoughby is Counsel to SorbaraLaw for Immigration matters. Greg restricts his law practice to Immigration and Refugee law, including business, corporate and cross-border employment immigration. He is an Executive of the Immigration Lawyers Section of the Ontario Bar Association, and a Member of the Canadian Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Greg is an Adjunct Professor of Immigration and Refugee Law at the University of Western Ontario and has been a lecturer of Immigration and Refugee Law at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. He is an annual lecturer of Immigration Law at the Ontario Crown Attorney Training Conferences and is regularly requested to provide legal information to other professional organizations. He has written numerous articles about immigration and refugee law and appears as a Speaker and Panelist at Provincial and National Immigration Law Conferences. He appears regularly before the Federal Court of Canada on Immigration and Refugee matters. Greg obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Western, Ontario and completing law school at the University of Windsor. He was called to the Bar in 2000 after articling with an Immigration law firm in Toronto. Greg provides immigration and refugee advice from the Firm’s Kitchener and Guelph offices.
