J. Greg Murdoch, B.A., LL.B.   Greg leads our Litigation Department.  He is a native of Kitchener/Waterloo and is a graduate of St. Jerome’s High School.  Greg completed his B.A. at the University of Guelph prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto in 1990.  Greg articled in Kitchener and practised in Hamilton for four years before joining us in 1996.  He brought with him much needed experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation.  Greg has lectured in Litigation law at the Oakville Campus of Sheridan College for the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.  Greg has a broad range of experience including civil actions, commercial insolvency, medical malpractice and personal injury actions.  Greg has conducted prosecutions for the Federal Government. 

Greg is the Chair of Nutrition for Learning, a local charity, and is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and a Trustee of the Waterloo Law Association.
