Mervyn J. Villemaire, Q.C., Counsel   He will continue to serve his clients and will assist our firm with his 47 years of legal experience in corporate, commercial, real estate, litigation and estate matters. He acted as Special Prosecutor for the Department of Justice from 1970 to 1980. He has been active in community affairs and was elected to Kitchener City Council in 1964 and served 15 years on numerous Committees and as Chairman of Finance Committee (3 years) Auditorium Committee and Operating Committee and Court of Revision. He was elected to Regional Council in 1972 and served for six years. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Waterloo Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
