Denise is a life-long resident of the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Denise graduated from the University of St. Jerome’s College at the University of Waterloo with an Honours Degree in Sociology and an interdisciplinary certificate in Legal Studies and Criminology. Denise achieved the highest cumulative average in her discipline at St. Jerome's. Denise earned her law degree from the University of Western Ontario’s Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003. Denise joined the firm in May 2005 as an associate in our corporate/commercial and real estate group.

Denise has been active in the community as a current board member for a local non-profit day care organization and through volunteer work with the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre. Denise is the proud mother of two beautiful girls.
