Denise is a life-long resident of the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Denise graduated from St. Jerome’s University at the University of Waterloo with an Honours degree in Sociology and an interdisciplinary certificate in Legal Studies and Criminology. She achieved the highest cumulative average in her discipline at St. Jerome’s.

Denise earned her law degree from the University of Western Ontario’s faculty of law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003. She joined the firm in May 2005 as an associate in our Corporate-Commercial and Real Estate Groups. Denise works out of the Waterloo office.

Denise has been active in the community. She acted as an officer, director and committee member for a local non-profit daycare organization for seven years, from 2004 to 2011. Currently, she sits as a member of the Waterloo Economic Development Committee and does volunteer work with the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre. Denise is the proud mother of two beautiful girls.
