Grace Sun, B.Comm., LL.B.
Grace is a native of Hong Kong. Grace attended the University of British Columbia where she obtained her Bachelor in Commerce with a major in Industrial Relations Management. She then went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Windsor. Grace now resides in Guelph with her husband and son.
Grace joined the firm’s family law department in Summer 1991.
Grace is fluent in spoken Cantonese and served six years on the Board of Directors of the Central Ontario Chinese Canadian Cultural Association. She was also a Sunday school teacher at Grace Community Church for four years. Grace has given pro bono seminars to the Guelph Multicultural Center on issues regarding family law, wills and estate planning.
Grace restricts her practice to family law matters and has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, custody and support variation, and child protection hearings. Grace has acted on behalf of children in custody fights and those apprehended by the Children’s Aid Society for the past seven years as an Agent for the Office of the Children’s lawyer.
Grace is a member of the Conservative party and is active in local activities.
