Slonee Malhotra, B.A., J.D.
Slonee was called to the Ontario Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor in June, 2014.
Slonee completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo with a major in Legal Studies, a minor in Human Resources Management, and a discipline concentration in Sociology. She graduated on the Dean’s Honors List. During her studies, Slonee devoted her free time to volunteering in her community and was particularly involved with Community Support Connections and St. John’s Soup Kitchen here in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. She also spent time in Durika, Costa Rica where she assisted the local community in creating a sustainable environment.
Slonee commenced her studies at the University of Ottawa in 2010 in order to pursue a law degree. While there, Slonee was a teaching assistant and student mentor for the first year of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. She also spent two years as an intern at the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC). Slonee received her J.D. degree in 2013 and completed her articles with SorbaraLaw.
Slonee is continually expanding her knowledge and expertise through professional development courses designed to enable her to better serve her clients.
Slonee practices out of our Waterloo office and is a member of the real estate, corporate and commercial groups.
