Daniel is a member of SorbaraLAW’s Corporate and Commercial group and his practice ranges from corporate incorporation and governance through to corporate finance, share and asset acquisitions, licensing, and regulatory compliance matters. In addition to his law degree, Daniel holds a Certificate in Negotiating and Drafting IT Agreements from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Daniel was a salesperson with one of the world’s largest multinational technology companies and brings with him a nuanced understanding of what makes businesses successful – whether you are a small business owner or an international enterprise.
In addition to enjoying all that Kitchener-Waterloo has to offer, Daniel is an avid baseball player, guitar player, community advocate, and gardener. Prior to joining SorbaraLAW, Daniel articled and practiced at a prominent international business law firm
