Tinashe attended Wilfrid Laurier University, where he majored in Economics. From there, Tinashe went on to receive his law degree at the University of Ottawa in 2016. While attending law school, Tinashe focused his studies on technology, innovation and Intellectual Property, and qualified to receive a Law & Technology designation upon graduation.
Tinashe also researched extensively in the areas of Copyright, Internet and e-commerce with a prominent Intellectual Property Law professor.
Prior to joining Sorbara Law, Tinashe consulted for a legal technology start-up, where he gained insight into the journey tech entrepreneurs take from idea, to start-up and growth, and then success.
Tinashe’s practice focuses on a range of transactional matters including residential and condominium real estate transactions, shareholders agreements, lease agreements, as well as share and asset purchases.
