Mark is a partner in the firm. Mark’s considerable experience includes all aspects of commercial and residential real estate development including condominiums and complete subdivisions. In addition, Mark regularly acts for institutional and/or private clients regarding secured financing for these transactions. His extensive experience on both sides of financing enables Mark to anticipate pitfalls and better advise either lending or borrowing clients in these potentially complex matters.
