Seth brings a collaborative approach to deconstructing legal and business issues in pursuit of innovative and, simply put … better business outcomes for his clients. For one developer, this has meant a significant new source of income from an existing asset class. For another client, an innovative approach to property ownership has meaningfully accelerated return on investment. Seth’s clients appreciate his diligent and creative attention to their interests.

Seth is continually expanding his knowledge and expertise through professional development courses designed to enable him to better serve his clients.

Seth also contributes his time, professional expertise, and leadership to a number of local charities. From 2010 to 2017, Seth served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region, including 2 years as Board Chair. Currently, Seth serves on the Board of Governors for the Grand River Hospital Foundation and is the Chair of its Governance Committee.

In addition to this law practice at SorbaraLaw, Seth is a partner with the Waterloo Region based development company, Momentum Developments.
