Devyn Coady, B.A. (Hons), J.D.
Devyn is a practical lawyer who excels in the courtroom but is keenly aware that not all disputes are best solved in court. Her clients value her close attention to their particular interests and her ability to assist in reviewing all options before recommending litigation.
Where appropriate, Devyn recommends negotiation, mediation, or arbitration to resolve disputes. However, when litigation is necessary, she is a skilled and tenacious advocate for her clients’ interests.
Devyn is pleased to have contributed her time and expertise to numerous community interests both while at law school in Windsor, and volunteering abroad. These interests have involved children’s education, refugees, and international human rights. She is the recipient of several awards for her work and knowledge in those areas.
Devyn grew up in Kitchener-Waterloo and continues to contribute to the local community through her volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters Waterloo Region (BBBSWR). Devyn is a past in-school mentor with BBBSWR, and is currently involved on the fundraising and planning committees for Bowl for Kid’s Sake and Race to Erase.
