Carolina Recinos is a lawyer in SorbaraLaw's Corporate-Commercial Group.  Carolina assists clients with a wide variety of business law needs.  

 Carolina has always had a strong interest in law and business. Prior to attending law school, Carolina spent over a decade working in various legal fields in both the private and public sectors.  While pursuing her undergraduate degree in Business Management, Carolina also co-founded and administered her family's small business. 

While attending law school at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, Carolina participated in Pro Bono Students Canada and conducted research to assist a not-for-profit organization understand and comply with its regulatory obligations.  Carolina also volunteered her time at Community Legal Aid in Windsor where she assisted individuals with matters involving residential tenancies, Provincial Offences Act matters, and Small Claims Court disputes.  

After finishing law school, Carolina completed her articles at Sorbara Law and has been working in the Corporate/Commercial Group since being called to the Ontario Bar.   

Drawing on her diverse legal background and business experience,  Carolina strives to meet clients' business law needs in a practical, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
