Apeksha is a lawyer practicing in the Wills and Estates Group, particularly in estate planning, administration and litigation. She advises individuals, families, trustees, executors, beneficiaries and business owners on matters including wills, powers
of attorney, trusts, estate administration and estate disputes.

Her litigation practice includes contested wills, capacity disputes, dependant support claims, passing of accounts and guardianship matters. Apeksha also obtained her TEP (Trusts and Estate Practitioner) Certification and uses her litigation practice to provide valuable insights into proactive planning to help avoid future conflict.

Apeksha strongly advocates for making the delivery of legal services client-centered and efficient. She recognizes that litigation can be daunting, which is why she focuses on making the process transparent while handling sensitive situations with empathy and utmost care. She always seeks practical solutions to the complex issues involved in estate disputes and ensures her clients understand each step of the process.

In her spare time, Apeksha enjoys working out, trying local restaurants, travelling and yoga.
