Kevin has been representing injured individuals in seeking justice and fair compensation since being called to the bar in 2008. He is experienced in dealing with the big insurance companies and understands the frustration people experience trying to navigate the complex insurance system. Early in his career he represented one of the largest insurers in the country and uses the knowledge he gained to help his clients today. He feels that his experience working for both defendants and plaintiffs is a great benefit to his clients. Kevin represents all manners of personal injury clients including those injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, other accidents or abuse situations. He is dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients and believes in offering personal service. Kevin understands that, for most of his clients, this is their first time being involved in litigation and takes the time to explain the process and what to expect.
Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Arts, Honours with Distinction in Communications Studies from the University of Windsor and was on the Dean’s List the final 3 years. Following completion of his undergraduate degree Kevin attended Windsor Law, receiving an entrance scholarship. He successfully completed his law degree in 2007 and was called to the bar in Ontario in 2008 after completing his articles at a boutique firm in Windsor.
During his time at Windsor Law Kevin was a volunteer at Community Legal Aid providing free legal services to disadvantaged members of the local community. Kevin is licenced by the Law Society of Ontario (formerly the Law Society of Upper Canada) and is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Waterloo Law Association.
