Nathan Henderson is a lawyer in our Corporate & Commercial and Municipal, Land Use, & Development Groups. Nathan maintains a diverse law practice in institutional and private financing, commercial real estate, all land and condominium development, and other corporate and commercial transactions. His practice also includes advising corporations, charities and foundations on corporate and commercial matters, including advice on regulatory compliance and privacy concerns.
Known for his collegial, measured and comprehensive approach, Nathan strikes the balance between the practical realities of business transactions with navigating significant legal complexities to ensure his client's interests are protected. Nathan is also committed to investing in his community as a member of his local church and as a board member of Sustainable Waterloo Region, a social enterprise non-profit that is committed to helping the local business community and Waterloo Region become environmentally and economically sustainable and strong.
In his spare time, Nathan is an avid basketball and ultimate frisbee player, NBA super fan, film buff, and enjoys adventuring through all of what life has to offer with his friends and family.
