He is a Nigeria trained commercial lawyer with 13+ years international experience in providing advice on corporate/commercial transactions with emphasis on secured and unsecured lending transactions, business formations and general corporate/commercial advisory. In his spare time, Jide loves taking photographs and watching biopics/documentaries.
