Delzad is a corporate lawyer who assists clients with a wide variety of business law needs.
Delzad was called to the bar in 2020 and joined SorbaraLAW as an associate in 2026. Prior to joining SorbaraLAW, Delzad practiced corporate/commercial law and civil litigation at a boutique firm in Toronto. He regularly acts for a wide variety of clients with various business law needs, from budding entrepreneurs to established businesses. Delzad is prepared to guide clients in each step of their matter, whether they are starting a new business, organizing financing for a new project, or looking to acquire a competitor.
Outside the office, Delzad can be found playing different racquet sports or hiking with his golden retreiver.
