Slonee is a partner in the firm and practices primarily in the Residential Real Estate, Commercial and Condominium Development Groups. Slonee assists clients with a range of transactional matters including residential and commercial purchases and sales, refinance transactions with institutional or private lenders and matrimonial transfers. Slonee regularly drafts agreements of purchase and sale, private mortgage commitments, lease agreements, co-ownership agreements and assignment agreements. She also organizes and executes the initial sales of units and lots for SorbaraLaw’s condominium department.
Slonee is continually expanding her knowledge and expertise through professional development courses designed to enable her to better serve her clients. In her spare time, Slonee enjoys cooking, travelling and experimenting with D.I.Y. projects.
