While the Director of Titles has assured Real Estate Lawyers that the Land Registry Offices shall remain open during the COVID-19 Pandemic, circumstances continue to change. As a direct response to the current state of affairs, we’ve compiled the attached Schedule of “State of Emergency Clauses” to be inserted into Agreements of Purchase and Sale.
