Tonya is an associate lawyer in our Commercial Law Group. Tonya’s primary practice areas are general commercial law, commercial leasing and franchise law.
Tonya is experienced in structuring, drafting, negotiating and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements. Tonya advises franchisee and franchisor clients on a broad array of franchise matters. As well, Tonya has extensive experience in assisting commercial leasing clients, acting regularly for tenants and landlords.
Outside of practice law, Tonya enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, which includes spending a lot of time at hockey arenas.
