Mariana is an associate lawyer in our Litigation Group. She assists clients in a diverse range of commercial litigation matters, including construction disputes, mortgage enforcement, employment matters, real property conflicts, and various contract disputes.

Prior to joining Sorbara Law, Mariana was an associate lawyer in a boutique law firm in Toronto.

Mariana is a dual-qualified lawyer (Ontario and Sao Paulo). Before transitioning to practice in Canada, Mariana worked in Brazil for 16 years as a civil and commercial litigation lawyer, advising a wide range of local and international clients on their disputes and representing them in claims before all levels of jurisdiction across the country.

In her spare time, Mariana enjoys travelling, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
