Emily is an associate lawyer in our Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including real estate disputes, contractual disputes, construction disputes, and employment law.

Emily grew up in Norfolk County. She completed her undergraduate studies at Queen’s University before attending Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. After law school, she clerked for the judges of the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, which gave her unique insight into the litigation process. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017.

Now living in Guelph, Emily joined SorbaraLaw’s Litigation team in 2023 after practicing commercial litigation for five and a half years at a boutique law firm in Toronto.

During her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking new recipes, and reading.
