Ashley is a lawyer based in SorbaraLAW's Guelph office and practices exclusively in the area of family law. She assists clients with a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, parenting and decision-making responsibility issues, child and spousal support, and domestic contracts. Ashley regularly advises clients on cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements, helping them navigate important life transitions with confidence and clarity.
Ashley is known for her compassionate and client-centered approach to family law. She understands that family disputes can be emotionally challenging and works closely with clients to help them navigate complex legal issues with confidence and clarity. Whether assisting clients with domestic contracts as part of proactive planning or resolving disputes arising from relationship breakdowns, Ashley is committed to providing practical advice and tailored solutions that support her clients' goals while minimizing conflict wherever possible.
Ashley obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Guelph, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Psychology.
Outside of her legal practice, Ashley enjoys spending time with her puppy, Penny, travelling, baking, and exploring new restaurants. She is also committed to giving back to her community and current sits of the Board of Directors for Shelldale Family Gateway, supporting programs and services that benefit local children and families.
