Raman’s practice focuses on all areas of family law, with a particular focus on complex property and equalization issues, child and spousal support, high conflict parenting disputes and relocation disagreements. She has been practicing law since she was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2015. She offers her clients a variety of skills, knowledge and expertise to assist them through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation, depending on the circumstances of each case. She represents clients in the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal.

She represents clients dealing with litigation matters such as:

  • Residency/ Parenting Time;
  • Child Support/ Daycare cost;
  • Life Insurance;
  • Spousal Support;
  • Health Insurance;
  • Notary Public & Commissioner;

  • Retroactive / Variation of Support Orders;
  • Imputation of Income Orders;
  • Filing for Divorce etc.

Outside of work Raman enjoys spending her time with her friends and family.
