David is a partner of the firm and practices primarily in the Residential Real Estate group. David is based in our Markham office, allowing clients in the GTA to take advantage of SorbaraLaw’s experience and full service practice.
David acts for a diverse range of clients, from first time home buyers to experienced real estate investors, particularly focusing on assignment transactions. He assists clients every step of the way and is always happy to share his expertise in order to complete a happy and stress-free transaction.
He relocated to Toronto from Scotland over 10 years ago following a four year LL.B. honours degree and one year post-graduate diploma. He was called to the Bar in 2016 after completing his equivalency exams.
