Ridhima Pathak is a lawyer in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate group at our Markham office. She assists clients with residential real estate transactions, including home purchases, sales, mortgage refinances, title transfers etc. Ridhima also advises landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers on commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing and commercial financing matters. She is committed to providing practical legal advice and guiding clients through complex transactions in a clear and efficient manner.
Ridhima is known for her detail-oriented and responsive approach to managing real estate transactions. She regularly assists clients with title issues, financing delays, lease negotiations, closing matters, and contract reviews, and brings valuable perspective from representing both lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions.
Prior to being called to the Ontario Bar in 2020, Ridhima gained experience at a full-service law firm while completing her equivalency exams. During law school, she received the highest achievement award in professional development and volunteered with the Pro Bono clinic – Free Legal Advice Group and at the Birmingham County Court. Ridhima earned he rlaw degree from the University of Birmingham and her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo.
Ridhima also currently serves as an Advisor on the Tarion Consumer Advisory Council.
Outside of her practice, Ridhima enjoys travelling, exploring new recipes, and following basketball.
