Stephanie is a family law associate in the firm. Her clients know her as a thoughtful, pragmatic and tenacious advocate who works to achieve favourable outcomes on their behalf. To resolve her clients’ matters effectively, Stephanie addresses her clients’ concerns through alternative resolution methods such as negotiated settlements, mediation and arbitration, whenever possible. When litigation is required, Stephanie is prepared to vigorously represents her clients at all levels of court in Ontario.

Stephanie’s practice comprehensively covers all aspects of family law including: decision-making responsibility; parenting time; child and spousal support; and the division of family property.

Stephanie brings extensive civil litigation experience to her practice having also represented clients in the Superior Court of Justice, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and other provincial tribunals.

Stephanie received her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2008 and she graduated from the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law in 2013. During her time at Windsor Law, Stephanie interned with the United Nations Development Program through Canadian Lawyers Abroad. While in law school, Stephanie also competed in the Jessup International Moot Competition.

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys hiking, yoga, and she is heavily involved in her local communities, sitting on a number of boards of directors and committees including: as a Steering Committee Member of the non-profit, “Hamilton for Tiny Shelters”; as a member of the AIDS Network and she was previously a Rotarian with the Guelph-Trillium Rotary Club.
