SorbaraLaw is pleased to announce that Nathan Henderson has joined the firm as an associate in our Corporate & Commercial and Finance & Lending Groups. Nathan’s practice focuses on institutional and private financing, commercial and residential real estate, condominium development, corporate commercial transactions, and advising corporations on regulatory compliance and privacy concerns.
In his prior experience as a summer student and articling student here at SorbaraLaw, Nathan has gained substantial experience and knowledge that has led to his continued success. Nathan’s passion lies not only in the legal industry, but in advocacy for the underprivileged. In his downtime, Nathan commits himself to addressing issues related to poverty and inequity for children, youth and families through Adventure 4 Change.
