Fred Kirvan was the trusted estate planning lawyer to generations of Kitchener-Waterloo families and their financial advisors. Fred’s clients valued his patient and thorough analysis of all relevant issues before proposing a plan that meets each of their estate planning objectives.
As a long standing and respected member of the Society for Trust and Estate Planners, Fred continually expanded his knowledge of estate planning and regularly presented at seminars to share his knowledge with clients and their financial planning advisors.
Fred is pleased to have volunteered his time and professional expertise over the years to a variety of community organizations, including St. Mary’s hospital and the Kitchener-Waterloo Separate School Board.
Fred retired from the practice of law in 2016.
