Grace is a native of Hong Kong. Grace attended the University of British Columbia where she obtained her Bachelor in Commerce with a major in Industrial Relations Management. She obtained her law degree from the University of Windsor. Grace resides in Guelph with her husband and son.

Grace joined the firm’s family law department in July, 1991.

Grace is fluent in spoken Cantonese and served six years on the Board of Directors of the Central Ontario Chinese Canadian Cultural Association. She was a Sunday school teacher at Grace Community Church for four years. Grace has given pro bono seminars to Immigrant Services of Guelph Wellington [formerly the Guelph Multicultural Center] on issues regarding family law and wills.   She also served six years on the board of director of Immigrant Services of Guelph Wellington.

Grace restricts her practice to family law matters and has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, collaborative law, custody, support variation, and child protection hearings. Grace has acted on behalf of children in custody fights and those apprehended by the Children’s Aid Society for at least fifteen years as an Agent for the Office of the Children’s lawyer.  She is also an Agent for the Office of Public Guardian and Trustees.  In 2016, Grace recently completed and obtained a Certificate specializing in Elder Law and its impact on the family.
