Ontario’s Residential Condominium Buyers’ Guide

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2021: DEVELOPERS TO PROVIDE BUYERS’ GUIDE TO PURCHASERS OF NEW CONDO UNITS

The Condominium Authority of Ontario in collaboration with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services has issued the attached Ontario Condominium Buyers Guide (the “Guide”). Effective January 1, 2021, developers must provide a copy of the Guide to purchasers of new construction units along with the current disclosure statement.
